HOSE announces the record date for a ballot as follows:

* Name of the listed firm:   Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company

* Stock symbol:   IMP

* Par value:          VND10,000      

* Ex-right date:     30/07/2009 (in case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and above on 30/07/2009 and 31/07/2009, sellers will not receive the right)

* Record date:      03/08/2009

* Purpose: Doing a ballot for the following issues:

* Equitizing the REMEDICA one-member limited company (belong to the Imexpharm Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company).

* Adjusting the company regulation

* Time of a ballot: From 12th August 2009 to 26th August 2009

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for IMP on 31st July, 3rd & 4th August 2009.
