VTS: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Viglacera Tuson JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2008
2. Opearting result and audited financial statement 2008
- Revenue: VND 60,208.49 million
- Profit after tax: VND 16,312.06 million
- Fixed assets depreciation: VND 6,109 million
- Value of construction in progress: VND 1,101 million
- Account receivables: VND 7,096.84 million
- Average income: VND 2,874,100/ person/ month

- Second round 2008 (50%): VND 6,209.14 mil.
- Third round 2008 (22%): VND 2,732.02 mil.
4. Plan in 2009
- Revenue: VND 71,274 mil.
- Profit before tax: VND 17,000 mil.
- Fix asset appreciation: VND 5,641.4 mil.
If the profit plan 2009 is achieved, Management Board will be rewarded 2% of profit before tax 2009 and plus with 10% of excessive profit 2009 in case the company exceed the profit plan.
5. Remuneration for Manager 2008: VND 398.72 mil.
6. Dividend payment 2009: Minimum 50% of charter capital. Basing on the operating result, the company will pay dividend 2009 in advance.
7. Remuneration for Manager in 2009: 2% of profit before tax 2009 but not less than VND 180 million per year.
8. Selecting auditor: Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Services Company Limited (AASC)
9. Change in Supervisory Board
- Mr. Nguyen Van Hieu has resigned from Member of Supervisory Board
- Mr. Nguyen Xuan Do has been appointed Member of Supervisory Board
10. Invesment in 2009
- Intensive and extensive investment in plants.
