VNE: Resolution of the annual shareholders’ meeting 2009

Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) has informed of resolution of the shareholders’ meeting 2009 as follows:

Article 1: Passing 2008 business results and financial statements with some items:

- Output:                                                                       VND500,913 mil.

- Total sales:                                                                 VND334,831 mil.

- Profit:                                                              VND(4,579) mil.

- Dividend:                                                                     No payment

Article 2: Passing 2009 business plans with the main items:

- Output:                                                                       VND910,106 mil.

- Total sales:                                                                 VND735,119 mil.

- Profit before tax:                                                          VND65,091 mil.

- Profit after tax:                                                 VND60,010 mil.

- Dividend:                                                                     16%

Article 3: Passing the management report of the BOD and the Supervisory Board’s report.

Article 4: Approving of the additional non-selection of two members to replace Mr. Vu Van Diem and Mr. Tran Hong Thinh (handed in resignations on May 27, 2009) and leaving the selection until the 2010 annual shareholders’ meeting to re-select all members in the BOD.

Article 7: Approving of Mr. Doan Duc Hong – Chairman of the BOD in the CEO of VNECO.

Article 8: Passing 2009 compensations of members of the BOD and Supervisory Board:
