TRC: Setting up the Board of Shareholder Relation

Tay Ninh Rubber Joint Stock Company (TRC) has informed of setting up the Board of shareholder relation as follows:

1. Members of the Board of Shareholder Relation:
- Mr. Truong Van Minh – Deputy General Director: Head of the Board
- Ms. Vuong Thi Rang – Chief Accountant: Member
- Mr. Nguyen Thai Binh – Secretary of the BOD: Member

2. Responsibilities of the Board of Shareholder Relation:
- Managing website and updating information of the company, publishing financial statements and other important information as stipulated.
- Answering queries of investors, holding meetings with investors
- Giving advice on holding shareholders’ meeting as stipulated.
- Doing procedures of issuing shares to raise chartered capital, pay bonus shares and dividend in stock; giving advice on choosing appropriate consultancy organization.
- Studying the stock market and securities companies to analyze judgment of investors about the company
- Finding out issues relating to shareholders and reporting to the Managing Board of the company
