KSH: Supplementing purposes of using the shareholder list
Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company (KSH) has informed of supplementing purposes of using the shareholder list on the record date of 22/06/2009 as follows:

1. The project of building the Hamico II brick factory at Chan Ly Commune, Ly Nhan Dist., Ha Nam Province.
+ Capacity: 100 million units/year
+ Investment cost: VND90 billion
2. Bond issuance:
+ Issuing bond: Bond of the Ha Nam Mineral Joint Stock Company
+ Expected issuing value: VND100 billion
+ Purpose: Mobilizing capital to invest to the project of the Hamico II brick factory
+ Issuing method: Private placement
+ Issuing plan is set by the BOD basing on the authority of shareholders
- Time of a ballot: From 1st July 2009 to 15th July 2009
- Shareholders send letters to the following address: the accounting department of the company at Quang Trung Ward, Phu Ly City, Ha Nam Province.
