PVD: Offering shares to public
Petrovietnam Drilling and Well Services Joint Stock Company (PVD: PV DRILLING) has informed of offering shares to the public as follows:
- Consutancy organization: Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCS)
- Stock symbol: PVD
- Stock type: Common stock
- Par value: VND10,000/share
- Offering volume: 25,716,554 shares
- Purpose: Convert shares of PVD Invest and merge PVD Invest into PV Drillling
- Objects: Existing shareholders of PVD Invest listed on the shareholder list set on 17 pm, 6th July 2009 and shareholders contributing capital to the project of PVDrilling III.
Convertible method:
- Every 5.5 shares of PVD Invest will receive 1 PVD share. The remaining parts which are unable to convert into 1 PVD share will be refunded to shareholders of PVD Invest on the convertible time at the par value of PVD Invest.
And/Or
- Every the amount of VND55,000 contributed to the project of PVDrilling III will receive 1 PVD share. The remaining amount which is unable to convert into 1 PVD share will be refunded to shareholders of PVD Invest on the convertible time.
Convertible time: From 14/07/2009 to 28/07/2009
