Tax agreement signed with UAE
The Prime Minister on June 10 issued decree No. 803 approving an agreement reached between the governments of Vietnam and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) to avoid levying taxes twice, prevent tax avoidance and adjust taxes put on incomes and assets.
The agreement was signed in Dubai, UAE on February 16.
Following the PM’s decision, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs will conduct the final procedures and put the agreement into effect from the date of signing.
