PVF: Personnel change

Petrovietnam Finance Joint Stock Corporation has informed of personnel change as follows:

1. Dismissing people from the following positions for the term of 2008-2013:

* Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son – Vice chairman of the BOD

* Ms. Ly Thi Thu Huong – Head of the Supervisory Board

* Ms. Vo Thi Hoang Yen – Member of the Supervisory Board

2. Appointing people to the following positions for the term of 2008-2013:
