HNM: Management Change

Hanoimilk JSC (HNM) announces change in the Management Board as follows:

- Mr. Dinh Van Thinh has resigned from Director with effect since 31/7/2009

- Mr. Dang Anh Tuan has resigned from Deputy General Manager with effect since 27/5/2009

- Mr. Ha Huy Phong has resigned from Chief of planning board with effect since 27/5/2009

- Ms. Do Thi Thanh Hai has been resigned from Secretary of the Board of Directors, Deputy chief of administration department

- Supplement a chief accountant who will replace Ms. Hoang Thi Thu Huyen

- Mr. Tran Dang Tuan will manage the company until company have a new General Manager ( but not more than 2 months from 27/5/2009)

- Mr. Pham Anh Cuong has been appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors, Deputy chief of administration department with effect  since 27/5/2009

- Ms. Pham Thi Kim Quyen has been appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors cum Chief of planning board with effect since 27/5/2009

- Ms. Do Thu Phuong has been appointed Secretary of the Board of Directors cum  developing mark with effect since 27/5/2009.
