CLSC: Change of BOD members

Cho Lon Securities Joint Stock Company (CLSC) announces the change of members of the Board of Directors:

According to the minutes of BOD meeting and the resolution of Annual General Meeting on May 23rd 2009, Nguyen Viet Trung and Dang Thanh Duy were elected to the Board of Directors in the term from 2009 to 2012.

Ho Kim Truong, Nguyen Minh Tam and Le Cong Thien resigned.
