More 47 projects invested in Binh Thuan

47 projects have been licensed by the People’s Committee of Binh Thuan province with the total registered capital of VND 5,520 billion since early this year (equal to the same period last year) despite the impacts of the economic downturn.

Nearly half of these projects are invested in industry, trade and services with VND 2,571 billion registered and six projects are foreign direct investment (FDI) with the total registered capital of US$85 million.

So far, Binh Thuan province has attracted 926 projects with the total registered capital of VND 63,134 billion. Among which, 69 projects are FDI projects and 50% are projects on tourist field.

Binh Thuan province revoked 28 projects which were late in deployment (26 of which are tourist projects) and at the same time asked 108 project investors to speed up the investment progress and quickly put projects into operation.
