ALP: The record date for the shareholder list
HOSE announces the record date for the shareholder list as follows:
* Name of the listed firm: ALPHANAM JOINT STOCK COMPANY (Alphanam JSC)
* Stock symbol: ALP
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: 17/06/2009
* Record date: 19/06/2009
* Purposes:
1. Dividend payment in cash:
- Exercise ratio: 6%/par value (VND600/share)
- Payment date: 14/07/2009
2. Issuance of bonus shares to existing shareholders:
- Volume: 2,340,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 100:6 (a shareholder who owns 100 shares on the record date will recieve 6 bonus shares. The number of bonus shares will be rounded in tens. Remaining shares after being rounded will be bought back at the price of VND10.000/share).
For example: shareholder A who own 1,230 shares will receive 1230 x 6% = 73.8 shares. After being rounded, he actually recieves 70 shares and the amount of 3.8 x 10,000 = VND38,000.

Viet Nam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for ALP on 18th, 19th & 22nd June 2009.
