* Short name: HAIANTS Co.,Ltd

* Chartered capital: VND150 billion

* Owners:

- Hanoi Maritime Holding Company: 55%

- Hai An Shipbuilding and Maintenance JSC: 35%

- Marine Supply and Engineering Service JSC: 6.7%

- Hai Minh JSC: 3.3%
