HOSE announces the record date for receiving bonus shares as follows:

* Stock symbol: TCT
* Stock type: Common stock
* Par value: VND10,000
* Ex-right date: 04/06/2009
* Record date: 08/06/2009
* Purposes:
1. Issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders: A
- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (shareholder, who owns 1 share, has 1 right leading to receiving 1 new share).
- Volume: 1,598,500 shares
- Shareholders who owns un-transferable shares still receive bonus shares
- The right of receiving bonus shares cannot be transferable
- Bonus shares can be transferable.
- Expected trading date: 15/07/2009
- Place of payment:
+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.
+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at CATOUR from 16/06/2009 to 15/07/2009.
2. Doing a ballot for listing additional shares for issuing bonus shares to existing shareholders:
