VSP: Board Resolution to supplement business lines
On 20/4/2009, the following resolutions of the Board of Directors of VINASHIN Petroleum Investment and Transport JSC were duly passed:
1. Supplement business lines of SHINPETROL JSC in groups of industries as:
- Planting, exploiting, processing forest
- Exploiting, processing and exporting wood, mineral,
- Producing paper, concrete, cement, packages, products from wood, bamboo, strawbery…
- Trading metal, material, mineral, fuels
- Shipbuilding, floating component building
- Repairing prefabricated component, machines, equipment, vehicles, electronic equipment
- Producing gas, supplying gas material by pipe
- Construction
- Installing electric system, water supply and drainage, air conditioner
- Trading rice, foodstuff, beverage, machine and equipment
- Transport of goods
- Supplying warehouse and storage services
- Working in agent, brokerage, auction
2. Get approval of general meeting shareholders to supplement business lines. The list of shareholders on 15/4/2009.
