VCS announces the notice of record date for bonus share issue as follows:

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 19/5/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 15/5/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 15, 18/5/2009)
- Reasons: Issue of bonus shares for outstanding shareholders
Information on bonus shares issue:
+ Stock type: common stock, no transfer restriction
+ Rights allotment rate: 1 share – 1 right
+ Exercise rate: 15.83% (shareholders receive 15.83 bonus share for every 100 shares they own. The number of shares shareholder receive is rounded down to unit digit. Odd lot shares will be repurchased by trade union of the company at VND 10,000/share.)
+ Place of exercise:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Shareholders receive bonus shares in Vinaconex Advanced Compound Stone JSC on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of VCS on 18, 19, 20/5/2009.
