Vietnam’s biggest glass factory ready to upgrade
The Chu Lai glass factory in central Quang Nam province is now putting the finishing touches to its production line and is to start operations after a year of construction work.
The factory is considered the biggest of its kind in Vietnam, with a total capitalization of VND1,500 billion and a capacity to produce 700 tonnes of glass goods per day.
To ensure adequate supplies of material to meet both domestic and export markets, another 3 factories have been built at a total cost of VND1,800 billion.
