SPP: Notice of record date for Dividend payment
SPP announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:
- Issuer: Saigon Plastic Packaging JSC
- Stock code: SPP
- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 21/5/2009
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 19/5/2009
(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 19, 20/5/2009)
- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008
+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive VND 1,000 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 15/06/2009
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.
- For undeposited shares: Saigon Plastic Packaging JSC, Road 10, Tan Binh IZ, Tan Thanh, Tan Phu District, Ho Chi Minh City on working days. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SPP on 20, 21, 22/5/2009.
