S99 announces the notice of record date for dividend and bonus share payment as follows:

-         Name of the company: Song Da 9.09 JSC

-         Par value: VND 10,000

-         Stock type: common shares

-         Record date: 15/5/2009

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 13/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 13, 14/5/2009)

-         Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 and bonus share issue for outstanding shareholders

1. Dividend payment 2008 by share

+ Exercise rate: 40% (shareholders receive 40 new shares for every 100 shares they own). The odd lot shares will be repurchased for treasury stock at VND 10,000/share.

2. Bonus share issue for outstanding shareholders

+ Exercise rate: 10% (shareholders receive 10 new shares for every 100 shares they own). The odd lot shares will be repurchased for treasury stock at VND 10,000/share.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da 9.09 JSC on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of S99 on 14, 15, 18/5/2009.
