SD4 announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

-   Name of the company: Song Da 4 JSC

-   Stock code: SD4

-   Par value: VND 10,000

-   Stock type: Common shares

-   Record date: 29/5/2009

-   Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 27/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 27/5/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 8% (shareholders receive VND 800 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 22/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da 4 JSC on working days. Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SD4 on 28/5, 29/5, 1/6/2009.
