RIC: Change of foundation shareholder

Royal International Corporation (RIC) has informed of change of share transference of foundation shareholder as follows:

From 30/10/2008 to 22/12/2008, Mr. Nguyen Chinh Nghia – Chairman of the BOD transferred his 27,000,000 shares (equivalent to 52.49% of chartered capital) to the Khai Tiep International Investment Co., Ltd. which belongs to the corporation of Mr. Nguyen Chinh Nghia.

As of 29/04/2008, the Khai Tiep International Investment Co., Ltd has officially become foundation shareholder of the Royal International Corporation.
