NKD: Violation of inside trading

Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen who relates to Mr. Tran Kim Thanh – Member of BOD of the North Kinhdo Food Joint-Stock Company (NORTH.KINHDO) bought 10,000 NKD shares on 7th April 2009 and sold 29,470 shares on 8th April 2009 without announcement. On 27th April 2009, HOSE sent an official document to Mr. Tran Quoc Nguyen in order to require him to give explanation on this matter.
