LTC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Low Current - Telecom JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 30/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

- Revenue: VND 134.350 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 10,895 billion
- Profit after tax: VND 8.155 billion
- Profit before tax / Revenue: 6.7%
- Profit after tax / Revenue: 6.07%

4. Profit distribution plan 2008
- Dividend payment: VND 4,250,000,000 (17%)
- Setting up Financial reserve fund: VND 407,782,506 (5% of profit after tax)
- Setting up Investment and development fund: VND 407,782,506 (5% of profit after tax)
- Retained earning: VND 2,682,302,610

- Revenue: VND 95 billion
- Profit before tax: VND 9.8 billion
