- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 27/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 25/5/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 25 and 26/05/2009)

- Reasons: Second Dividend payment 2008

+ Exercise rate: 6% (shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own)

+ Exercise date: 16/06/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
