SGH: Resolution of the BOD

Saigon Hotel Corporation (SGH: SAIGON HOTEL) has informed of resolution of the BOD as follows:

* Holding the second annual shareholders’ meeting on 15/05/2009

* Passing resignation of Mr. Nguyen Thieng Duc – Head of the Supervisory Board from 31/03/2009.

* Passing election of one member of the BOD and one of the Supervisory Board.

* Passing the nomination list of the BOD and Supervisory Board:

- Mr. Tran Kim Long, who is currently BOD member and General Director of the Bong Sen JSC, is nominated to BOD member of SAIGON HOTEL

- Mr. Tran Doan Dinh, who is currently the accountant of the Saigon Tourism Corporation, is nominated to member of the Supervisory Board.
