Hyatt Regency Da Nang begins sale of beachfront villas
Indochina Land, the real estate division of fund manager Indochina Capital, Tuesday began sales of residential units at its Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort and Spa.
Hyatt Regency Da Nang Resort and Spa is located on a 20-hectare stretch of Non Nuoc Beach directly in front of the iconic Marble Mountain.
It includes 174 luxury condominiums ranging from 75-square meter bedroom units to penthouses with sea views.
There are also 27 oceanfront pool villas on two levels for sale.
The price ranges from US$180,000 for a condo to about $1.3 million for a villa, the developer said, adding that prices have risen by 5-10 percent since the soft launch in Da Nang at the beginning of May.
Vietnamese buyers will benefit from freehold tenure through a contract with the Marble Mountain Beach Resort Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Indochina Land for the red house-ownership certificate.
Foreign buyers will be either able to sign a long-term rent until March 2057 or purchase offshore ownership rights by buying shares through an Indochina Land subsidiary in the Cayman Islands.
Construction began last December and is slated for customers to move in by April 2011.
