HUT: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Tasco JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 18/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan 2009

•        Operating result 2008

- Product: VND 319 billion

- Revenue: VND 273 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 11.2 billion

•        Plan 2009:

- Product: VND 450 billion

- Revenue: VND 400 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 13 billion

- Dividend payment: 12%/ year

2. Report of Supervisory Board 2008

3. Profit distribution plan 2008

4. Plan to increase Charter Capital

5. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009

- The Board of Directors: VND 252,000,000

- Supervisory Board: VND 54,000,000

6. Selecting auditor:

- VIETNAM AUDITING PARTNERSHIP COMPANY

- ACA Group

- Phuong Dong auditing ICA

7. Mr. Pham Van Luong has been appointed General Manager with effect since 04/3/2009

8. Project to build road from Le Duc Tho street to Xuan phuong building

- Selecting partner: Ha Viet Construction and investment Consultants JSC

- The Board of Directors will decide the content and sign the joint-venture contract
