SJE announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment and for a ballot as follows:

- Issuer: Song Da No. 11 JSC

- Stock code: SJE  

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 05/06/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 03/06/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 03/06/2009)

- Reasons:

1. Second Dividend payment 2008

 + Exercise rate: 6% (shareholders receive VND 600 for every share they own)

 + Exercise date: 30/06/2009

 + Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: Securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Finance Accounting Division, Song Da No. 11 JSC’s headquarter on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.

2. For a ballot

+ Exercise rate: 1 share – 1 vote

+ Expected exercise date: 30/06/2009

+ Issue in the ballot: Member of Board of Supervisory change
