VNECO 1 Electricity Construction JSC announces the Board Resolution with content as follows:

The number of bonus shares and shares dividend will be rounded as follow: If the decimal is smaller than 0.5 so it will be rounded down to 0 and the decimal won’t be paid and if the decimal is bigger than 0.5 so it will rounded up to 1 share.
