HPC: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Haiphong Securities JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11/05/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and Report of the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board

•        Report of Opearting result of 2008

- Revenue: VND 67,871 million

- Profit after tax: - VND 119,801 million

- Dividend payment: because of the loss, company did not make dividend payment.

2. Plan in 2009

- Revenue: VND 80,000 million

- Profit: VND 8,000 million

3. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2008. Average remuneration in 2009 for a member  will be VND 3,000,000; and VND 4,000,000 in case the company gets profit.

4. The Board of Directors will select one auditor in the list bellow:

- Auting and Consulting Company Ltd.

- AAC Auditing and Accounting Company Ltd.

- Auditing and Accounting Financial Consultancy Services Company Limited

5. Removing all transfer restriction on preferred shares which were sold to the staff in 2007.
