CBV: Violation of regulation of periodic report

Until 11/05/2009, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has not received the operation report for April 2009 of the Bien Viet Securities Joint Stock Company (CBV). In addition, the company had also submitted late its 2008 financial statement (deadline was before 31/03 but it was submitted on 07/04/2009) and the Q1/09 financial statement (deadline was 15/04 but it was submitted on 29/04/2009 by email and 04/05/2009 by hardcopy). Therefore, the company has violated the regulation many times.

On 11/05/2009, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange sent document to strictly warn the company about violation of regulation of periodic report.
