BTC: Cancel listing and limit time of trading

Binh Trieu Construction and Engineering Joint Stock Company (BTC) has informed of cancelling listing and limiting time of trading its shares as follows:

*  Par value: VND10,000

Reasons of cancelling listing: The company has violated the Article 14, Decree No.14/2007/ND-CP dated 19/01/2007 of the Prime Minister and the listing regulation of the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

* Effective date of cancelling listing: 1st July 2009

* Last listing date: 26th June 2009

From 14/05/2009 to 26/06/2009, BTC stock is only traded by the method of periodic order matching from 10.15am to 10.30am (not allowed to do put through).
