* Par value: VND10,000/share

* Issuing volume: 25,000,000 shares

* Issuing time: Q1 & Q2/2009

* Issuing method: Private placement to strategic partners

* Issuing price: The average closing price in 5 trading days from the third working day since the State Securities Commission informs of receiving documents fully from the company.

* Purpose: Operation of the company is in troubles. Thus, in order to ensure its finance source, the issuance under the private placement is expected to earn more than VND125 billion.
