SGD: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Educational Book JSC in Ho Chi Minh City has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 15/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 74,132,579,227
- Profit before tax: VND 5,986,466,760
2. Plan in 2009
- Revenue: VND 75 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 7 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 12%
- Remuneration for the Boards: VND 5% of the profit after tax
- Reward and welfare fund: 20% of the profit after tax
- Bonus for management board: 5% of the profit after tax
3. Auditing company in 2009
- AAC Auditing and Accounting Company
4. Board of Directors:

6. Plan to increase charter capital approved by SSC. In case of unsucessful issue, the Board of Directors will make plan to borrow the loan from the bank to invest in construction of head office of the company at 5 Binh Thoi, Ward 11, District 11, Ho Chi Minh City.
