Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Operating result of 2008
- Charter capital: VND 100 bil.
- Revenue: VND 1,933.343 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 59.822 bil.
- Average salary: VND 5,210 mil.
2. Plan in 2009
- Charter capital: VND 100 bil.
- Revenue: VND 1,537.438 bil.
- Profit before tax: VND 30.131 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 12%

4. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Short term asset: VND 379.963 bil.
- Long term asset: VND 737.766 bil.
- Debt: VND 948.687 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 46.326 bil.
- Exempted tax used to supplement the Investment and Development Fund: VND 13.496 bil.
- Investment and Development Fund: VND 11.604 bil
