TLT: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
Viglacera Thanglong Ceramic Tiles JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 17/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008
- Profit before tax: VND -96,308 mil.
- Fixed asset depreciation: VND 20,435 mil.
- Account receivables: VND 51,805 mil.
- Average income of employees: VND 2.293 mil.
2. Plan in 2009
- Profit before tax: VND 1,571 mil.
- Fixed asset depreciation: VND 21,890 mil.
- Account receivables as of 31/12/2009: VND 45 bil..
3. Average income of employees: VND 2.717 mil.
4. Report of Supervisory Board’s activities
- Remuneration for Management Board and Supervisory Board: 0
5. Payment for Board of Directors and Supervisory Board 2009: 10% of profit after tax.
In case of excess of profit before tax plan, reward 50% of the excessive profit after tax
6. Auditing company in 2009
- The General Meeting of Shareholders assigned the Board of Directors to choose the auditing company approved by the SSC

- Improving apartment and transfering the using right to the staff.
- Making master plan, change of land using purpose of 19ha area of the company to build houses.
9. Change in the Board of Directors:
- Mr. Luu Van Lau will not represent the corporation’s equity in Viglacera Thanglong Ceramic Tiles JSC
- Mr. Le Van Ke will hold director and represent the corporation’s equity in Viglacera Thanglong Ceramic Tiles JSC
- Mr. Nguyen Hong Trung will not hold Director
- Mr. Dinh Quang Huy, principal shareholder, will hold Director
- Mr. Le Minh Phuong – Secretary of the Board.
