I. BOD

- Mr. Do Van Lien – Chairman

- Mr. Ta Duc Tien – Member (Instead of Mr. Pham Viet Anh)

- Mr. Nguyen Phung Hung – Member

- Mr. Do Minh Toan – Member

- Mr. Nguyen Minh Hoa – Member (Instead of Mr. Nguyen Xuan Son)

II. Management Board:

- Mr. Ta Duc Tien – General Director (Instead of Mr. Pham Viet Anh)

- Mr. Nguyen Phung Hung – Deputy General Director

- Mr. Tran Tuan Nam - Deputy General Director

- Mr. Nguyen Anh Minh - Deputy General Director

- Mr. Pham Duc Son - Deputy General Director (Previous position: General Director Assistant)

III. The BOD has authorized Mr. Ta Duc Tien to be the information disclosure staff of the company from 14th April 2009.
