HBC: Resignation of BOD member

HoaBinh Construction & Real Estate Corporation (HBC: Hoa Binh Corporation) has informed of resignation of Mr. Luu Quang Lam from the position of BOD members from 14th April 2009.

These members of the BOD will end their term on 30th April 2009. The annual shareholders’ meeting dated 25/04/2009 will elect new BOD members for the term of 2009-2014.
