* Appointing Mr. Tran Dinh Tru to Deputy General Director from 2nd April 2009.

* Mr. Vu. Van Son has left the position of Chief Accountant and promoted to Deputy General Director from 3rd April 2009.

* Appointing Mr. Vu Kim Long to Chief Accountant from 3rd April 2009.
