PVI: Management Changes

Petrovietnam Insurance announces the management changes of the company under the Resolution of General Meeting of shareholders as follows:

1. Mr. Bui Van Thuan, General Manager of PetroVietnam Insurance, representative for PetroVietnam’s equity in Petrovietnam Insurance will hold Director, in place of Mr. Le Van Hung since 7/4/2009

2. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Lam, Chairman of PVFC, representative of PVFC’s equity in Petrovietnam Insurance will hold Director in place of Mr. Nguyen Tien Dung since 7/4/2009
