ABS: Change of BOD members and regulations

An Binh Securities Joint Stock Company (ABS) has informed of change of BOD member and company regulations as follows:

1. Change of BOD members:

* The 1st term (from 17/10/2006 to 31/12/2008): 5 members

* The 2nd term (from 01/01/2009 to 01/01/2012): 3 members

+ Mr. Vu Van Tien – Chairman

+ Mr. Nguyen Hung Manh - Member

+ Mr. Hoang Van Tuy – New member

2. Adjustment of company regulations:

* Increasing chartered capital to VND397 billion

* Updating information on share contribution, owning ratio of foundation shareholders after raise of chartered capital

* General Director is also the legal representative of the company. In case the BOD does not still appoint General Director, chairman of the BOD is the legal representative.
