PVE: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009
PetroVietnam Investment Consultancy and Engineering JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 20/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:
1. Report of Opearting result of 2008
- Revenue: VND 196,931,860,676
- Profit after tax: VND 9,644,031,357
- Profit after tax/charter capital: 27.54%
- EPS: VND 2,703
- Dividend payout ratio: 12%
2. Plan in 2009
- Total output: VND 320 bil
- Revenue: VND 300 bil.
- Profit after tax: VND 13.12 bil.
- Profit after tax/charter capital: 21.42%
- Payables to the State: VND 23.2 bil.
- Dividend payout ratio: 10%
- Investment: VND 64.24 bil.
- Remuneration for the Boards: VND 958,500,000
3. Audited financial statement 2008 and profit distribution plan:
- Profit after tax: VND 9,644,031,357
- Profit for distribution: VND 9,320,304,721
- Investment and Development Fund: VND 2,162,382,446
- Financial reserve fund (10% ): VND 932,030,472
