SNG announces the notice of record date for Dividend payment as follows:

- Issuer: Song Da No 10.1 JSC

- Stock code: SNG

- Par value: VND 10,000

- Stock type: Common stock

- Record date: 4/5/2009

- Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 28/4/2009

(Note: For T+1 transactions, buyers still enjoy the rights for transactions on 28/04/2009)

- Reasons: Dividend payment 2008 in cash

+ Exercise rate: 25% (shareholders receive VND 2,500 for every share they own

+ Exercise date: 29/5/2009

+ Place of payment:

- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been depostied.

- For undeposited shares: Song Da No 10.1 JSC on working days (from Monday to Saturday). Identification Card (original copy) are required.

Vietnam Securities Depository suspends the depository of SNG on 29/4, 4, 5/5/2009.
