L62: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

Lilama 69.2  JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 16/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Result of 5 years after equitization:

- Operating result:

Company carried out the fund raising, increasing Charter Capital from VND 9 billion to  VND 30 billion, and changed the par value of VND 100,000 into VND 10,000

- Investment in construction:

+ Improve  the office building

+ Invest in residential apartment building for the staff

+ Contribute capital to the foundation of Su Pan 1 Hydropower JSC

+ Buy  crane and fork-lift truck, trucks for production

2. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009

•        Operating result of 2008:

- Production:      Plan: VND 251 billion     Done: VND 257 billion                %: 102.3%

- Revenue:         Plan: VND 150 billion     Done: 151.7 billion                     %: 101.1%

- Profit before tax: Plan: VND 11.46 billion            Done: VND 13.96           %: 121.8%

- Payables to the State: Plan: VND 6 billion         Done: VND 3.7 billion     %: 61.5%

•        Plan in 2009:

- Production: VND VND 350 billion

- Revenue: VND 210 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 14 billion

- Number of staff: 900 people

- Salary: VND 3.049 million/ person/month

- Profit /Revenue: 6.67%

- Dividend payment rate: 13%

- Tool manufacturing factory

- High building

- Thac Lang Lang Son Hydropower

- Equipment and vehicles for construction

- Buy 1 coach with 45 seats, and 1 car with 7 seats.

- Expenses: VND 137,706,967,189

- Income tax payable: VND 1,955,108,445

- Profit after atax: VND 12,009,951,876

- Dividend payment rate: 16%

-Reduced tax used to supplement the Investment and Development Fund: VND 1,955,108,445

- Investment and development fund: VND 2,513,710,858

- Reserve fund for charter capital supplementi: VND 502,742,172

- Financial reserve fund 5%: VND 502,742,172
