HAI: Results of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2009

H.A.I JSC has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 02/03/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008 and plan in 2009

•        2008:

- Revenue: VND 635,522,328,922

- Profit after tax: VND 22,225,328,922

- Dividend payment: 20%

•        2009:

- Revenue: VND 720,000,000,000

- Profit after tax 2009: VND 65,625,000,000

- Dividend payment: 20%

2. Profit distribution plan 2008

3. Registration for new fiscal year (01/10 to 30/9/2009); Selecting auditor; registration for Charter Capital increase to VND 144,999,980,000

4. Remuneration for the Board of Directors and Supervisory Board

5. The Board of Directors will chose investment plan; chose the time; chose the investors  to build Commercial Centrer and office for rent at 358 Kinh Duong Vuong Street, Binh Tan District, Hochiminh City.
