Construction and Investment JSC No. 492 has disclosed the results of its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 25/04/2009. The following resolutions were approved:

1. Report of Opearting result of 2008

- Product: VND 128,292,000,000

- Revenue: VND 63,726,320,283

- Profit after tax: VND 1,039,680,692

- Average income: VND 2,146,434/ person/ month

2. Profit distribution plan 2008:

- Profit: VND 1,208,931,038

- Income tax payable: VND169,250,346

- Investment and development fund: VND 79,680,692

- Dividend payment: VND 8%/ year/ par value of share

3. Plan in 2009:

- Revenue: VND 140 billion

- Profit before tax: VND 2.5 billion

- Dividend payment: at least 10%/year/ par value of share

- Average income : VND 3,000,000/ person/ month

4. Dividend payment plan in 2009:

- Dividend of 2009 will be paid in two rounds, first dividend payment for first 6 months

- The Board of Directors will decide dividend payout ratio for first dividend payment

5. Salary

- Chair of the Board and Deputy Chair of the Board: VND 3,000,000/ month

- Director and Chief of Supervisory: VND 2,400,000/ month

- Member of Supervisory Board: VND 1,200,000/ month
