PTM announces the record date for annual general meeting of shareholders and dividend payment as follows:

-         Stock type: Common stock

-         Record date: 26/3/2009

-         Ex-date:

+ For T+3 transactions: 24/3/2009

+ For T+2 transactions: 25/3/2009

-         Reasons: 2009 annual meeting of shareholders and 2008 dividend payment
