PPC: Business result in February 2009

Pha Lai Thermal Joint-stock Company (PLPC) has informed of business result in February 2009 as follows:

- Business result (excluding profit of exchange rate difference):

* Total sales: VND351,643.63 million

* Total expenses: VND270,319.32 million

* Total profit before tax: VND81,324.31 million

- Total profit accumulated to 28th February 2009 (excluding profit of exchange rate difference): VND176,506.99 million

- Regarding loan from JBIC, the amount till 11th March 2009 was JPY 36.206 billion. The current exchange rate of VND/JPY is decreasing, the rate at 11th March 2009 was 171.66 (reduce VND13.3 compared to 31/12/2008).
