Bidding amount:

For each the bidding document, the maximum number of interest rates to be written is 5. For each interest rate, the bidding amount is USD 100,000 at a minimum and is multiplication of USD1,000. The total bidding amount (including competitive bidding and non-competitive bidding) cannot exceed the quantity of bonds offered.

Bidding method:

Combination of competitive and non-competitive coupon bidding. Non-competitive bond volume should not exceed 30% of total bond bidding volume.

Bond form:

Sell at par (100 USD), issue in a book entry form; to be listed on HASTC

Principal payment method:

Once at the par value when due

Coupon payment method:

Annually on the issue date

Method for Bidding slip submission

Bidding members directly submit the slips. Other institutions and individuals submit bidding slips through the bidding members.

Deadline for submitting bidding slips:

Before 14h00 (Hanoi time), 20/03/2009 (or 24/03, 27/03/2009)
