First int’l energy fair to be held in Hanoi
An international fair on energy efficiency and the environment – Entech Hanoi 2009 – will take place in Hanoi from June 18-21.
Pham Trung Son, Deputy Director of the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade, told a press conference on March 24 that the fair expects to attract 150 domestic and foreign businesses in the energy and environment sector who will introduce new technologies, industrial energy-saving equipment, renewable energy and environmentally-friendly household appliances.
The fair will also help promote cooperation between providers of energy-saving equipment and environmental technologies.
During the fair, there will be contests and seminars, particularly about minimising energy output, including a seminar on energy-saving investments between Vietnam and the Republic of Korea./.
